Why should I bring my dog to daycare? 

By bringing your dog to daycare, you provide them with regular exercise, and improve socialization skills with dogs and people. It will also relieves anxiety, boredom and destructive behaviors that may happen when left at home. And the best part, it brings your dog overall joy. 

What are the requirements for daycare? 

All dogs are required to be completely vaccinated and free of fleas and parasites. They must be ok with other dogs and are not aggressive. 

What will my dogs day be like?  

It will be a day full of fun! After your dog arrives, they are free to go outside and play! On bad weather days we have a large indoor play area. Mid-morning everyone is brought in for a rest and then after that’s its play time again until pick-ups start. Water is available at all times. 

Do you walk my dog? 

No, the dogs have access to the outside play area where they will get plenty of exercise. 

Why is my dog tired when it comes home? 

Think about a kennel experience much like a kid going to daycare. There is always something going on. While here, your dog will have unlimited play-time and interactions with us and their dog friends. All of this makes for a very tired pup! Your dog may also be thirsty. Water is available at all times, but playing hard makes dogs thirsty. 

Can I bring a toy? 

We ask that you do not bring any toys. Some dogs can get possessive over a favorite toy and this can cause a bit of aggression for some. Also, toys tend to get destroyed while in a play setting. 

What happens if my dog gets sick? 

We will contact you immediately to let you know what is wrong with your dog and wait for your instructions. If we cannot reach you, we will call your vet. If it is after hours and we cannot reach you or your vet, we will take them to the nearest Animal ER. 

If I have more than one dog, can they stay together? 

Yes! Also, please ask about our multi pet discount. 

Can you administer meds? 

Yes. Please make sure that medication is in original containers and you give us detailed instruction, if necessary. We do not charge an additional fee for administration of meds. 

Is it ok to check in on my pet? 

Absolutely! You are always welcome to send a text or email for updates and pictures. 

When do I pay for my pets stay? 

Payment is expected when you pick up your pet. No pet is released until all charges are paid.
